Dealing with Difficult Customers
10am – 4pm, 26 February 2009, Mayfield House Hotel, Malmesbury - £34.50
It’s a fact of life that every organisation has demanding customers. However, if not handled correctly, they will very soon turn into a complaint. Research shows that for every complaint you receive nine more customers simply walk away, and each one of them then tells nine further people about their bad experience. So learning how to prevent complaints is important - both for you personally and your organisation - if you are to promote an effective and professional reputation. During the day you will explore techniques and proven methods to ensure that you are managing even the most difficult customer in a professional manner.
